National Truck Dispatch, Inc. was started in 1991. Purchased by Terry Lee Catlett in January 1992, rapidly growing the company from a full-load, flatbed carrier serving the West Coast of Canada to a carrier capable of moving partials throughout the US and Canada. Terry brought with him customers with unique freight requirements that demanded special attention and a higher level of service that could not be found among other freight brokers at the time.

Our company has grown over the years by successfully meeting the special needs of our customers. We integrate our company, into each customer's operation, by customizing our service to their operational needs. To most, our company acts as an employee that is paid only when needed. We like to refer to ourselves as a contracted traffic manager rather than a freight broker.

Our Staff

We are experts in the field of freight service. Terry brings over 35 years of experience and expertise in the LTL freight industry.The sales and management staff have all been in the freight industry their entire adult lives, and the operations staff was hired because of expertise within their area of responsibility.

Our Commitment

Our staff diligently maintains systems that protect the interests of our customers. For example, all dispatches are verified as received by the dispatcher for pick-up; pick-up is verified the next day; rates are checked once the freight is picked up; and finally, delivery is verified once it reaches its destination. All this transpires behind the scenes once our customers initiates a freight movement by phone, fax or email.
